The use of the PluginTranslationPage tool is designed around being privacy friendly and doesn't require any external resources and can be used entirely offline once the site has been loaded.

All the data produced from loading the site will be stored only temporary to ensure a stable operation of the site.

2.Information about the processing of personal data

2.1 When viewing the website

When you load the website, your system transmits information needed by the server to deliver the website. This data will be stored in the server log files and will be automatically deleted after 7 days. The following data will be logged:

• The IP Address of the computer requesting the website, e.g.: 192.168.1.15
• The date and time the website was requested, e.g.: 24/May/2018:20:44:04
• The domain of the requested website, e.g.: ptp.pcgamingfreaks.at
• The type of the http-request, e.g.: GET
• The URL of the requested website, e.g.: privacy.html
• The status code of the request, e.g.: 200
• The size of the response in Bytes, e.g.: 1253
• The http referer (the website that linked to the requested resource), e.g.: https://ptp.pcgamingfreaks.at/index.html
• The user agent, which usually includes the used browser and often the used operating system, e.g.: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:52.9) Gecko/20100101 Goanna/3.4 Firefox/52.9 PaleMoon/27.9.2

These data will be processed for the following purposes:

• deliver the content of our website correctly
• ensure the security and stability of the website
• provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack

The data will be processed according to point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, with the reasons listed about. In no case will the data collected be used for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you.

2.2 Using the contact email address

The data processing for the purpose of contacting me takes place according to point (a) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR based on your voluntarily granted consent.

Your data will be deleted, provided that your request has been finally answered and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements, such as in the event of subsequent contract execution.

Rights of the affected

• upon confirmation of the processing of the data in question, information about the processed data, further information about data processing and copies of the data (see also Article 15 of the GDPR);
• Correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (see also Article 16 of the GDPR);
• for immediate deletion of the data concerning them (see also Article 17 of the GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing pursuant to Article 17(3) of the GDPR is required, to restriction of processing in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR;
• upon receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and on the transmission of this data to other providers / controllers (see also Article 20 of the GDPR);
• on complaint to the supervisory authority, if they consider that the data concerning them are processed by the provider in breach of data protection provisions (see also Article 77 of the GDPR)

In addition, the provider is obliged to notify any recipients to whom data have been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing, which takes place pursuant to Articles 16, 17(1) and 18 of the GDPR teaching. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or disproportionate. Notwithstanding, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Likewise, according to Article 21 of the GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them, provided that the data provided by the provider in accordance with point (f) of Article 6(1) of the DSGVO be processed. In particular, an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of direct advertising is permitted.
